Our 120 day re-entry program is offered to help members achieve wellness, obtain gainful employment, and maintain sobriety through various clinical and non-clinical approaches.

At Wekare Helping Hand, we are dedicated to uplifting those in need through a range of vital services designed to foster hope, healing, and connection. Based in Oakland, USA, we specialize in providing homeless services that create safe spaces for individuals seeking shelter and guidance. Our group home offers a nurturing environment for those requiring additional support, while our mental health services focus on holistic wellness and recovery. As a committed non-governmental organization, we strive to address addiction issues through our comprehensive treatment programs, empowering individuals on their journey to sobriety. Our youth group encourages young people to engage, learn, and grow, fostering leadership skills and resilience. Together, we work as a community to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive.

A major hurdle facing many people in their recovery is the ability to find and secure stable housing. To that end, we will work with our community partners to provide you with a range of housing resources which may include temporary housing.

Our peer and emotional support programs are led by state-certified PRSS specialists who understand the path to recovery. All of them have personally experienced behavioral health challenges and are trained on how to use that experience to help others.

Upon intake, you will be evaluated by a licensed doctor or nurse practitioner and our team of medical professionals will work with you to understand your unique health and wellness needs.

Our experts will put you on a path toward your healthiest self. We’ll work with you to understand your unique needs and craft a plan tailored to your body and lifestyle.

We offer an array of court approved courses and treatment services including substance abuse services, anger management courses, domestic violence courses and more.

We offer clinical psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care as needed to ensure your treatment plan is working.

Our experienced case managers are dedicated to helping you reach your recovery goals and beyond. Your case will receive a full and detailed assessment which includes a physical exam, mental health exam, and family or caregiver consultation.

To help end the treatment-relapse cycle, after completing our program you’ll receive an arsenal of tools for long-term recovery, will be connected to support groups, and will receive regular checkups from our aftercare staff.
